What we collect
We collect the information you provide on quote, sample, and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, shipping address, and any free-text description of your project. We also collect order history once you become a customer.
What we don't collect
We do not buy customer lists. We do not track you across the web. We do not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, fulfill your order, ship the product, and follow up on quality. We may send a follow-up email after order delivery to ask about the install. You can opt out of any communication at any time by replying or emailing Scott@StrongAssetTags.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand which pages perform best. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. If we add an analytics tool in the future, this section will be updated.
Data retention
Customer order records are retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Form submissions that don't result in an order are retained for two years, then deleted.
Your rights
