Custom-print orders
Orders for custom-printed asset tags are non-refundable once production begins, because the printed inventory has no resale value. You will receive a digital proof for approval before we print. Approval of the proof authorizes production. Errors in the proof must be flagged before approval.
Stock orders
Orders for stock items (uncustomized tags, sample kits) are refundable within 30 days of receipt provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
Warranty
We warrant every tag against manufacturing defects (delamination not caused by user removal, print errors not present in the approved proof, adhesive failure on rated substrates) for one year from delivery. Remedy is replacement of the defective tags at our cost.
What the warranty doesn't cover
User removal, application to surfaces outside the rated compatibility for the chosen tier, install on dirty or contaminated surfaces, exposure beyond the rated outdoor durability period, and physical damage from intentional removal.
Shipping + delivery
Standard production lead time is 5 business days after proof approval. Shipping is via standard ground carrier unless otherwise specified. International shipping is available with the customer responsible for duties and customs fees.
Trademarks
Customer warrants that any artwork, logo, or text submitted for printing is either owned by the customer or licensed for use. Customer indemnifies Strong Asset Tags against trademark or copyright claims arising from submitted artwork.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Strong Asset Tags be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages exceeding the value of the order. Liability is limited to replacement of the defective product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Flagler County, Florida.
