Modern asset tracking runs on phones. A QR label puts a smartphone scanner on every employee's hip without any hardware investment. We print QR codes from 0.5 inch up to large-format equipment plates, embed serial numbers and asset URLs together, and laminate the result so the code survives the asset. Pair the label with any QR-based asset management platform: AssetTiger, EZOfficeInventory, Snipe-IT, ServiceNow, SAP, or a custom system.

QR code asset labels FAQ
Can the QR include the asset number on the visible label?
Yes. We typically print the human-readable asset number, your logo, and the QR code together. Asset numbers are sequential, variable, or your own list.
Static or dynamic QR codes?
Static QR codes are permanent once printed. Dynamic QR codes go through a redirect URL so you can repoint them later without reprinting. We support both. For mission-critical assets, static is the safer choice.
