HVAC service stickers. Survive the rooftop.
HVAC equipment lives on rooftops. The service record lives on a sticker on the access panel. We print Stronger and Strongest-tier service stickers that survive UV at altitude, condensation cycles, and refrigerant splash.

HVAC sticker categories
Refrigerant charge label
Record refrigerant type, charge weight, and date. Required by EPA Section 608 for some service events.
Filter change sticker
Write-on date for last filter change and next-due. Standard on every rooftop unit.
Annual inspection tag
Year and inspector initials. State and AHJ compliance for commercial HVAC.
Coil cleaning record
Date and technician for evaporator + condenser coil cleaning. Tied to performance maintenance.
Service contact sticker
Your company name, phone, and QR code on every serviced unit. Drives repeat service calls.
Tonnage + model label
Replacement for faded OEM rating plates. Carries tonnage, model, and serial in a permanent, UV-stable format.
The HVAC sticker spec we recommend
- Tier: Stronger or Strongest. Stronger handles most ground-mount units. Strongest is the right call for rooftop above 1,500 ft elevation where UV is more intense.
- Finish: Matte. Glossy finish reflects sunlight back and makes the print hard to read from a ladder.
- Size: 3 by 4 inch for full service records. 1 by 2 inch for compact charge labels.
- Adhesive: 3M 467 (Strongest tier). Bonds to powdercoated rooftop units and survives condensation cycles.
- Placement: Inside the access panel, not on the cabinet exterior. Keeps the sticker out of direct UV and away from accidental damage.
Frequently asked questions
Do these meet EPA Section 608 requirements?
Section 608 requires that refrigerant transactions be recorded. Our stickers provide the physical recording format on the unit. The record itself (technician name, date, refrigerant type, charge weight, reason) is your responsibility to fill in correctly.
Will the sticker handle condensate drip?
Yes. Stronger and Strongest tiers with overlaminate are fully waterproof and rated for condensate exposure. We recommend placement above the drain pan, not inside it.
Can the sticker include our company branding and a QR to our service-call form?
Yes. Full-color logo and QR code are included free. The QR can resolve to a service-call request form, a review page, or your office number.
